2 large apples ( the sweeter the better), washed and chopped
130 gms of dark chocolate
a small handful of cashew nuts + a little extra chopped for garnishing
Instructions
Add the chopped apples to a bowl and cook n the microwave till soft. When poked with a knife, it should easy pierce it. Give it a shake a couple of times. In my microwave, it took about 3½ minutes for the apples to soften.
Remove and keep aside to cool a little.
Break or chop the chocolate into pieces into a bowl and microwave till melted. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the soft apple to a blender along with the chocolate and cashew nuts and blend well.
Spoon into serving bowls and garnish on top with the chopped cashew nuts. I got three generous servings.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or till nicely set.
